What to expect on the day

Getting you ready for your new split system installation.

Please take some time to familiarise yourself with what will happen on the day we arrive to install your new split system. This will help the job run smoothly and as efficiently as possible.

Residential homes

Installing in residential homes.

  • Arrival time will be confirmed the either by phone or email at least the day before.
  • You will receive a text on the morning giving approximate arrival time (usually half an hour before arrival).
  • Please have drive way clear for us to park as close to job area as possible.
  • We will go over the installation locations and specifics prior to work starting.
  • Job will commence.
  • Any issues or changes that may be required as the job progresses will be relayed to client prior to them being done.
  • Any issues or concerns of the client must be raised prior to job commencing. Current force Electrics will not be liable for any costs associated with changes to installation or property requested after or during installation.
  • On completion of installation installer will show client how to operate the split system and general maintenance.
  • All packaging material will be stacked into clients relevant rubbish bin. If there is no room in the bins it will be cut up and neatly stacked next to bin. We do not take rubbish with us.
  • Payment is due on day of completion.
